Líbere Madrid Palacio Real

The service is not great, they don’t have receptionist to talk to, just an intercom that you press the button and someone will talk to you, everything they care is money, if you arrives earlier than 3 pm they don’t understand that you may be sick, or maybe you have a baby, they don’t do check in before 3 pm and they will charge you if you want to do it, they don’t have locker room where to leave the luggages, the AC did not work, I have to open the windows and close to the hotel there is a night club with a lot of noises and drunk people screaming, really dissatisfied!! I would not rent it never again in my life, Libere Hotel, me libere!!

For Americans, the concept of this property — controlling everything via app— May be a little strange. However, don’t hesitate. This is great place to stay. The location is amazing, the rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Most days and times there was a person in the lobby available to help. We (family of 3) really enjoyed staying here.
