I visited with my family. We had a great stay here. The apartment was well located and safe. Location is very convenient to everything. Apartment was very cleaned I will recommend anyone coming to Lisbon to stay here. Communication with staff was very easy.

We loved the hotel, location was excellent and staff was friendly. The only problem was the AC. It was not cooling properly and the room was hot making it difficult for our family to rest at night.

It was hard for us to locate, especially with a car. Once we figured out where it was, the staff helped us find the parking garage. The location was great for walking around. We loved the balcony so we could see the busy street below. The room was spacious and great for our family of 5.

The location of this hotel is really good; we could walk to so many tourist places, food, drinks, shopping, etc. The breakfast is also very very good. The room is nice, and the bathroom pretty spacious and modern. However, our room had a pretty bad smell (not sure where it was coming from) and the AC barely worked. We had more family staying in another room which had no smell, but still bad AC. I tried changing rooms but since the hotel was full it was not possible; because we were staying only 1 night we stayed with no major issues (the beds are nice and comfortable). Overall not a bad stay, but because of the AC and bad smell I don't think that I would stay here again.

I stayed here with my family in a Quad recently and had a lovely time. The staff were super friendly and helpful! They were able to provide recommendations for food, sightseeing, and also responded quickly to any of our needs (ie kettle request, concern with mild leaking sink pipe). They are all very conversational in English as well. Another huge pro of this location is the proximity to all the major sights and subway line, making our limited time in Madrid quite efficient. The room itself was newly renovated and clean. Despite a busy pedestrian walkway, it was pretty quiet at nighttime. While small for a family of four, it was definitely worth the price, service, and quality. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and the room was perfect for my family and the bathroom looked newly remodeled. The breakfast buffet was filling and a good price. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Madrid. I was able to walk every where I went and didn’t need transportation. The only complaint is that the hallways always smelled bad, like a public bathroom. However the smell did not linger into the rooms at all.

This hotel is ideal for families of 5 or 6, our kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds and it was wonderful having two separate showers in our room. The hotel is undergoing renovations on the street side (Calle Arenal) and it was very noisy - obviously something that is out of the hotel's control. The hotel room was a little tired and old, but the bathrooms were modern and great. The breakfast was just wonderful - our kids absolutely loved it!

Wonderful location between Puerto Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Right across the street from the San Ginero Chocolateria and its famous churros. Perfect for a family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we could not have been more pleased. Starbucks is even next door. Highly recommmended.
