The hotel was very convenient and clean. Its also located in a perfect location and in the city center. The front desk staff can do a better job and be a little friendlier. Aside from one front desk employee, the others just were arrogant and could not be bothered to be helpful. We were treated with attitude. Little, to no help provided. If this could be fixed, the hotel would be perfect. My family and I enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Excellent hotel, the only problem was the AC system , the air in the room was not confortable to US standards, hotel staff kept telling me that was nothing wrong with the AC system, my family member in the other room had the same problem.

I loved Madrid. Hotel was beautiful and i had a balcony that looked directly over the city. Amazing sunset,evening and sunrise. I walked everywhere. The junior suite was huge and well accomplished. I guess you could say that I stayed in a palace in Madrid.
