I had a reservation pre paid just before the Covid shut down. The hotel held my voucher throughout and gave me a lovely room when I was able to check in. They have my gratitude since. I stay there yearly when I go visit family.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Very nice and comfortable room specially for families. The breakfast is more than I was expected, full of good stuff.

This hotel is an awful ongoing safety hazard, from airport pickup to the very moment of departing. The hotel provides an airport shuttle; schedule and directions were finally received from the management after a series of emails back and forth. The shuttle, however, is NOT a safe mode of transportation. There is no way to secure the bags in place. There are some straps really high up that may have been intended for bags, but they are nowhere close to reaching the actual suitcases. The bags were rolling and falling on top of people the entire trip, and I nearly fell multiple times, trying to keep our suitcases from rolling on top of a young child standing behind me. The 1/2 mile road from airport (Terminal 4) to the hotel took over 30 minutes. We arrived on the very last shuttle of the night (0:50AM at T4, close to 1:30AM at hotel), which was completely full, and they only had two clerks at the front desk. Knowing how many reservations were in place, and how may people haven't checked in yet, they should have staffed the front desks very differently. We ended up waiting another 45 minutes to get checked in. The hotel claim during reservation that they spoke English was definitely not true. (Yes, we did check the hotel's page, as we don't want to assume that's the case everywhere). Painful and long process to say the least, with still a long line of impatient guests behind us at 2am. When we got up to the room, we discovered that the AC advertised by the hotel was a lie.

This hotel looks way better in the photos than in reality. It’s overdue for a renovation. Rooms are dated, if also comfortable. Ours was not well situation--looking out on a flat roof--but we were only there for one night. Food and drink in the restaurant were good, but not great, and rather overpriced. The hotel is good for an overnight stay, before or after a flight. But it wouldn’t be great for a longer stay, except with kids, who’d love the pool.
