The room, service, bed and continental breakfast were all great! The hotel was inundated with 2 bus loads of people and the front desk staff did an incredible job of getting them into their rooms timely. The problem was there were about 5-6 young children that ran the hallway at 10 pm and at 6:30 am. Luckily I was just going to bed and had risen at 6 am. Parents need to mind their children, it isn't a playground and there was a big parking lot outside for any running. I do wish the hotel would put on their website the metro stops to get to their hotel. Cost me $50 from airport and $30 the next morning. Metro is fairly close and I enjoy the cheaper fair. Thanks for listening.

We stayed here for one night before our flight out of Madrid, Barajas Airport. They have a free shuttle service that runs every half hour in the morning. It is only a couple of blocks away from the Barajas Metro stop. There were several places to eat within walking distance. The elevator was so small that it required two trips for two people, a baby in a stroller and two small suitcases. There are also stairs as soon as you enter the hotel with no ramp available. Not stroller or wheelchair friendly. There was no bidet, refrigerator or tissues in the room. The room was extremely small, even for Spain. It was clean and comfortable though.
