Hotel Nuevo Boston

Front desk were very welcoming and accommodated my family needs very quickly. Staff very helpful and kind. Hotel in great condition.

All the staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant. It was great to have the free shuttle service from the airport. We arrived very late with a little baby so it was great that it was so easy to arrange the airport transfer. The drivers were also very friendly. We attended a wedding at the hotel so it was convenient for that reason. It is about a 10 min drive to the city centre so although not centrally located it's not that far from the city centre. There's a really nice shopping centre about 15 - 20 min walk from the hotel and quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at the hotel on one night and the food was really good. Breakfast buffet was a nice a mix of hot and cold food.

Convenient hotel for the airport. Transportation provided by the hotel to the airport was timely and efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had two rooms as we were traveling with our 3 children. Both rooms were clean but dated. Tiny television sets in the rooms.

Air conditioner was not working. When called reception they said they cannot get it repaired until 1-2 days. It was quiet hot and no one could sleep well. We had small kids and pregnant lady in our group

Amazing breakfast buffet! Recommend for families. Great customer service, very friendly stuff, provided a shuttle to the airport. Loved every minute of our quick stay!

I arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m from the airport with my 10-year-old daughter. Sergio, the overnight staff member, was very rude when I asked if he was alone, as he was checking in a family of six. My daughter was extremely tired, and we needed a room as soon as possible. He began yelling at me in front of her. I filed a complaint with the front desk manager the next morning. I will definitely not be returning to this four-star hotel. I'm not sure where they get their stars from. Also, bring your own soap and shampoo.
