Hilton Madrid Airport

Family rooms were great. Very spacious and perfect for a family of 5 traveling through Madrid

We travelled as a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids of 5 and 7), our 2 rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean...all of the staff on reception were great, we had to extend our stay at the last minute due to a cancelled flight & they were really helpful & accomodating during a stressful time. I also accidentally arranged a cab for only 4 people and they sorted it out for us and had a larger mini cab there for us within minutes. We ate twice at the lobby bar, the food was really delicious on both occasions & the staff there also really friendly, bringing out a little bowl of sweets for my kids... nice little extra touches. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room #329 entry door is in a dark corner with no bright lights to see where to place your key card. We had 3 adult family members and the shower stall has a somewhat obsecured glass. It was awkward for someone taking a shower as you can see through a silhouette of their naked bodies.

This place is great if you are just going in for a night with purpose to use the airport. There are zero dining / entertainment options that are accessible by foot from this hotel (it is sandwiched by freeways, so while you can see a shopping mall across the way, it takes over 25 min to walk to). And no entertainment. There was a local park next door, and a bunch of children were playing in it. (might be good for those with kids?) Additionally some of the areas around the airport are a bit run down, and may not be as safe to walk around alone at night. I ended up using their room service for dinner which tasted fine, and was an expected price for hotel room service. My main reason for using this hotel was the airport shuttle, and it ran on time (they have one every 30 min, and remember to ask for it when you check in). My shuttle was full, I'm not sure if they have a 2nd shuttle if there are more people who request the service.
