The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby has been updated and the breakfast and coffee offerings were really good. The room itself was clean, but it was smaller than I was anticipating. We only stayed for one night, but with two kids and two adults (bunk beds + what felt like larger than a full but smaller than a queen bed) it would have been tough to stay longer than that. They also seem to limit how low you can put the air conditioning - about 72F/22C. To sleep, we like it a few degrees cooler and it was a little uncomfortable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport which was on time and very helpful.

Chosen for proximity to airport and shuttle bus. Staff was efficient, but not overly friendly. Restaurant has limited menu, but food was good. Room adjoined children’s playground and was noisy.

Needs a coat of paint and the walls need to be washed. Sheets and towels were clean. Staff were very friendly. The room with the bunk beds was very unique and the kids loved it.

Great hotel close to the MAD airport. Friendly staff. Walkable to restaurants in a family-friendly neighborhood. Breakfast buffet was perfect.

Our room had a lot of damage on the walls (a coat of paint would help improve things), the desk, the closet, etc. The door didn’t shut properly, needed to slam it very hard, and the lock didn’t work at all, it just turned over and over without ever locking. We didn’t discover this until late at night so we just put things in front of the door for security! The bathroom door and wall were floor to ceiling frosted glass and the door didn’t stay closed (no latch) so it offered very little privacy. I was the first person up in the morning and showered in the dark so I didn’t light up the bedroom through the glass wall! Ridiculous design. The bathroom was large but the shower was tiny. It could have been twice as big without the huge towel rack consuming half the wall. The pool was a nice size but the deck around it was covered in bird poop and the bottom had broken tiles. Even though it was still 40C and sunny, it closed at 8pm. The hotel is close to the airport (not much else), the staff was friendly and the airport shuttle service was excellent so if you’re not bothered by the other issues listed then it may work for you, but our family wouldn’t choose it again.

I originally booked a room with a double bed and bunk beds for our family of 4. The room we were assigned looked old with scuff marks on the wall and had a metal frame on the bunk beds that reminded me of the military barracks from my past. It also smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was very small and the ladder from the bunks stuck out into the small walk way. The toilet in the bathroom also leaked out on the bathroom floor every time we flushed it. We went down to the front desk to let them know about the toilet. The front desk staff came to our room to inspect the toilet but we were told there was no maintenance on staff that evening and it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. Thankfully they were able to move us out of that room. There were no other rooms available similar to ours so they had to place us in two separate rooms. These rooms were the complete opposite of what we had come from. They were clean, newly updated, and located on a floor that wasn't full of cigarette smoke. There was plenty of space to move around the room and the toilets did not leak. We were very thankful for the front desk staff accommodating us. I would definitely stay here again but would be sure to request the second floor rooms.

We’ve stayed here before when we have a long layover in Madrid and this place is perfect for families. The bunk beds in the rooms are fun for the kids, and the driver of the shuttle even brought car seats when he picked us up at Barajas. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is just a few minutes from the airport. The area around the hotel is walkable with a large park about 15 minutes away. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is some of the rooms could use a little maintenance. Otherwise, this is a fantastic hotel and we’ll go back.
