The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly, efficient, and quick. Airport transfer was right what my family needed. The breakfast was amazing. Overall, we had a very good experience and will come back when in Madrid.

We arrived from Barcelona after taking the Ave train , which is an experience in itself.Greeted royally by Luis and team . Fantastic executive room. We then found that for our trip to Caracas that although triple vaccines our last jab was out of time scale for trip I panicked Diana was in tears , Luis pulled out his magic and arranged a Doctor to come T 8-30 in the evening to give us a PCR test 240€ but saved our trip to visit family . Muchas Gracias to all at The magical hotel.
