Property was beautiful. Staff were wonderful. The beach is easily accessible. Plenty of bathrooms on site in the common areas. The lobby turns into a night club on Friday and Saturday nights. The resort itself was kid friendly. Our 12 year old loved it. We will definitely be back. Victor was our waiter on most evenings and he was amazing. Very kind, attentive, and made sure to check on us often. Ashford Avenue is a walkable area with lots of restaurants, bars, and bakeries. We enjoyed it very much.

I would come here on a Thursday to Saturday, as every other day if the week is dead. The drinks are too expensive. I had to reply on buying my own bottle. The room service is incredibly expensive. I spent $50 per meal for just myself alone. The staff was pleasant, but the front desk rarely answers the phone. If you lose something don't expect it back. I lost a white clothing and an eating by the pool. Boo one was helpful in helping to find it. It was the same for my family member. She lost a dress in her room and never saw it again. I would rate this place an overal 6.5. The amount of money you spent is not the experience and service provided.

Only slight I have here is the staff at times were slow or not proactive in certain areas of service. Getting service around the pool area was challenging at times. Other areas required us to follow-up vs. checking in with us. Otherwise HIGHLY recommend for families and singles alike.

Our family spent the week at La Concha and had an amazing time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast options at The Loft and Aroma Cafe. The poolside service was excellent as was the food. We ate at Serafina and the service and food was great. Recommend making a reservation in advance. The loungers by the pool were always in high demand but the staff did a great job at clearing towels for those loungers left vacant. The hotel felt safe and we enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel with local shops, restaurants and bars. The ocean was very rough so we didn't swim due to riptides and strong currents. We stayed in an ocean view room which was extremely well fitted out. A great hotel and would highly recommend.

Went on a family vacation. The beach water was rough but still a beautiful view of the ocean. This place is always happening. If you are looking for a quiet place this isnt it. Unless you stay in your room. Yet the service was great, and it was fun..

My family really enjoyed our trip! The hotel location was perfect! Pool and beach staff were amazing! Lorianne from pool and beach service saw a sweet heart! Rooms were cleaned everyday! Spaces! Great amenities! Construction going on but did not bother us or get in our way!

Anyone staying here should listen to the staff and lifeguards and DO NOT SWIM at the resort beach. Our last day we watched a recovery effirt after 2 adults drowned. There are lifeguards and signs that say "dangerous conditions do not swim" LISTEN TO THE STAFF and use the pools instead. This is a beautiful resort and area my family and I were able to have a great time hanging at the pool walking around town and swimming at playita which is a much safer ocean swimming spot.

For a family stay & our first time in Puerto Rico, I'm really glad we chose La Concha resort. The many dining options nearby with the multiple pools, beach access it really was a one stop shop. All staff was so kind & helpful. The oceanview room was so nice, only wear & tear we could point out in our 8th floor room was the bathroom. Also the lounge furniture by all the pools.

The biggest compliment for the cleaning staff. Our room was always really clean and done in time and when encountered in hallways they were friendly and helpful. The front desk service, however has left me disappointed for their entitlement and lack of hospitality from check in to check out. The resort is little outdated but looks like they are working on improvements. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family and will not be going back.
