AC Hotel by Marriott San Juan Condado

This was my second time staying at AC Condado. This time my husband and I brought our daughters. While checking in, we were told our room wasn't ready so we had to wait 30 minutes with our children and luggage. Once we entered our suite, I did my due diligence as a mommy and checked the bed and towels. Sure enough, the bed had long black hair under the duvet. The towels also had long black hairs between the folds. But the pullout couch was the worst. There were stains on the cover for the mattress and balled up tissues. I don't think those get cleaned properly. I called the front office and they sent someone to bring fresh covers but that was all. No disinfectant spray or anything to make up for it. The suite overall was accommodating for our stay and the location was convenient as usual. Sobao was delicious as always and the pool is definitely a vibe. For the amount of money spent, I think we'll try somewhere else next time.

The pool was a little small but nice. The room lighting was very dim which is ok unless you are a person who’s into make up. The internet went out for 2 days which sucked bc I was traveling With my kids and when it rained there wasn’t much to do. Overall we had a good stay.

Worse experience that I ever had in my life! Except the location everything about that hotel is BAD! I am deeply disappointed with our recent stay our family vacation for a spring break was a disaster From start to finish! the staff showed no concern for our comfort or well-being. To top it off, the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway kept us up all night.

The $45/day charge makes customers feel like prisoners - especially due to the very limited food selection and service at the roof-top restaurant. Employees there are good, there are not enough of them. The menu is very short, and is missing children's fare. The bartender at the rooftop bar ran a typical scam... I watched him charge me for a full drink as he split it in two.... right in front of me.

Half of the things in the things in the rooms were either not clean or rusty. The rooms were either too humid or too cold. We changed rooms and it made no difference. The second room was the same and the faucet was dirty the shower had spots all over it. As if it was not cleaned properly. My kids room was the same too humid and not cleaned properly. Most of the staff were really nice but the gentleman in the BarClona restaurant was rude as ever. I will not ever stay here again.

It was beautiful and the staff was amazing! rooms were very spacious, modern and cleaned. The Hotel is right on the prime area of the Condado with plenty of restaurants to choose from and blocks away from the beach! Will stay again.. Our family reunion was everything, thanks AC Marriott for the hospitality of our Isla Del Canto!

The property is very clean. Once you enter you see the beautiful decor, the aroma is amazing and the rooms were spotless. The staff are very helpful and polite. The location was nice too . Easy to walk to restaurants or Walgreens/ CVS. The beach was not that far away from the facility. They supplied you with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and water. My family and I had an amazing experience.

NICE STAFF CLEAN HOTEL PERFECT LOCATION IF YOU WANT A CALM VYBE THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU WANT PARTY VYBEZ THIS IS NOT FOR YOU NO NICE MUSIC AT THE POOL I DIDNT LIKE THE FOOD IN THE ROOFTOP MEAT BALLS CHICKEN SANDWICH HORRIBLEEE… This is must for like family vacation. old ppl.

Loved the area that the hotel is located and the pool area on the roof top. My family and I had a great time.

Rooms are in terrible condition, they are charging way too much for the condition they are in, rust, doors that don't close/ latch properly, sinks that don't drain, kids a/c units that'll keep you up at night, beds that are increasingly hard, pillows that don't provide any support, and no vents in the bathrooms.
