Courtyard by Marriott San Juan Miramar

It was a great experience. The only thing was for breakfast. I had to let them know that I had the package for that and parking. And you had to pick up the tickets the next morning before breakfast and then my children had to go pick up the tickets Separately instead of allowing us to get them all at once. The Continental breakfast was very good. The fruit bowl was amazing. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful.

This property was very centrally located. My family and I were able to walk to the beach, and multiple breakfast areas. Very clean, and very safe.

The staff was so helpful and polite. The restaurant had delicious food! My kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel was clean and great for families.

From the front counter to the valet parking we had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very welcoming, The room was very clean, Air condition worked Great the room was nice and cool at arrival. The room had great insulation could not hear any of the surrounding sounds, nice and quiet. I would definitely stay hear again, slept like a baby.

Very friendly and accommodating reception desk reps. Clean hotel lobby and room. Room was older but kept very clean. Also double bed room was fairly large and roomy. Bathroom had toiletries refilled and free bottle water was a plus. Had a smart tv, hairdryer, ironing board & fridge. Microwave was upon request. Great location in more of a neighborhood so wasn't busy, noisy, or crowded with a variety of restaurants to choose from all within a few minutes walking distance. A gourmet market, coffee shop and supermarket within a 1-2 min walk. We walked to the Laguna del Condado 18 min walk to swim snorkel. Safe and pleasant walk. Clean, clear, and warm water with man made reef by the bridge and saw lots of fish and colorful starfishes. The beach southside of the bridge (where there's kayakers you can rent by a hotel) was cleaner and saw more fish and saw family of 5 manatees. They are endangered and it was a treat to see them. They are gentle and a baby manatee was playing with a kayaker and kayaker was petting the manatee while the manatee mom was eating the sea grass nearby. 5-10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan town with cobble stone streets, 2 large historical forts, and lots of colorfully painted shops and restaurants. Beautiful island and friendly people. Hotel was a great location with attractions nearby.
