Staffs are super nice and helpful. The room is clean and cozy. The restroom is spacious and clean. The location is ideal: close to the airport and easy access to the Condado beach. There are nice restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets within walking distance. It is a high good quality hotel with a family style you don't have to break the bank to stay near the best beach in Puerto Rico.

The staff went above and beyond for us, so much so we decided to change our flight and stay an extra day because we enjoyed it so much. As a thank you Jessica upgraded us to a junior suite for our last/extra night. We will absolutely be back! Thanks Tropica hotel, and thank you Jessica.

The hotel was well located, room was very large and comfortable. The staff was amazingly attentive, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to call out Jessica who was my go-to person for restaurant, beach, and other recommendations needed. I’ll be moving p/t for wor to PR for 3 years and she even gave me advice on where to look for apartments that would be close to my office and amenities that San Juan has to offer. I will definitely recommend this hotel to coworkers, family, and friends if they come to San Juan.

Best customer service! We only crashed there a night becuase we were transporting our dogs in to Puerto Rico, but the staff was so helpful and accommodating during a very stressful time.We arrived late and they provided a list of restaraunts still open. Offered to let us check out late so we could rest more from a very late night/early morning. Helped us to the room with our bags. Brewed coffee for us at 4 am so we could wake up. The propety was beautiful and well maintained. The room was modern, clean, beautifully decorated and good acoutics. There was a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel that looked amazing. The courtyard was a great place to hang out with family and friends. Great location to the beach and walkable restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here again as a landing pad to Vieques from the states.
