Feeling safe is top priority for my family and I and we felt safe. The neighborhood around the place has some rough looking spots and some very nice spots, but we felt safe because lots a walkers and bicyclists. Place has its own parking. Close to beach, casinos, eating spots. The place has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for your use. We had a great time!

We loved our stay here, and genuinely think it's the best deal on the island! We stayed in the family suite with 2 adults and 3 kids, which although it was a little tight, I was glad to not have to get 2 rooms as you do other places. We used the full-sized kitchen often for leftovers, microwave, etc. SO MANY good cafes and restaurants around! Easy walk to Ocean Park Beach and uber into Old San Juan, which we did a few times. Can't beat proximity to the airport either, while you also never heard it. Roberto and Reuben were exceptional hosts!
