The hotel was amazing located centrally close to everything you need as a tourist. The room was nice, big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, however, we had an incident where we kept smelling smoke (cannabis) in our room, and it was coming from another resident who was staying directly underneath our room and woke us up around 11pm and again early in the morning. We told the reception about this coz we didn't want our toddler to inhale it and not much was done as we smelled it again and again and we couldn't sleep all night coz of the smell. We paid about $1000 per night and we had the worse night sleep.

Liked everything. But the room I was assigned was very noisy. I can totally hear all the conversations and screaming kids next door. Room walls appear to be thin. Also a holiday weekend so I cannot get reassigned if I wanted to. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Our room was too small with bed, sofa bed and cot, there was no walking space. A bigger room would have been nice if kindly offered as we spent a lot of time in there due to the rainy weather. I did say we came to celebrate my 30th birthday which was 2 weeks prior but nothing special was done / no room upgrade. Horrible view outside window. Lots of draft in room from Juliet balcony making it cold for baby. Would be good if staff could bring up food deliveries from UberEats like other local hotels in area as our room was a long walk to the lifts.

Brilliant hotel, right in the centre of Amsterdam but away from the major foot-fall of people leaving central station. The staff were so friendly and loved chatting to our two young children too. Can highly recommend if you're travelling with little-ones, it's walkable to everything you'll want but if you fancy using the trams they're right on your doorstep! The room was very clean and tidy, breakfast was delicious and varied. Can't fault it.

Location is great and the hotel's public area is clean. However, the "junior suite" is relatively small - feels more like a superior/deluxe corner room. It looks like Family Room in the photos provided on the hotel's website and we could have booked that one as it was much cheaper. The room was located in the first floor, facing the canal, lined with bars and restaurants, thus rather noisy at night. Minibar has no price in the room, you need to check their website/app. Minibar items are expensive. All in all, would stay again for the location, but would not pay extra for a premium room.

Location is excellent. You can see the hotel from the main train station. Everything else was good. Hotel is next to the red district. Will not stay with children. Breakfast was just ok. A little expensive because of the proximity to the station. A bar next to my room at the hotel was open until past 1 am and the customers made a lot of noise. Could not sleep some nights.
