Location was great, some staff at the reception were great, others were horrible. Those who were horrible acted as if they ran a hostel, not a hotel - don’t expect hotel service here. A simple request to have the cleaning service outside of the nap time of our toddler 12-2pm led to the room not being cleaned at all on some days. Required 2 elevators and one flight of stairs to get to our room on the 7th floor, but that might be normal in Amsterdam.
