We got to our hotel much earlier than we planned, (literally a 4-minute walk from the Amsterdam main station entrance) so we checked in but our rooms were not ready. We were told to come back in one hour. So we went for a wander around town. When we got back, the lady at the desk recognised us immediately and told us our rooms were ready. She also said our luggage was now in our room. What a nice touch and that was the theme throughout our stay, Friendly, staff and the rooms were very spacious. Breakfast the next day was amazing to top things off. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough

Conveniently located near the railway station, this hotel has been beautifully designed, the amenities are good and the staff are friendly and efficient. We were very well looked after and greatly enjoyed our stay. Just occasionally, the design features are less than practical: the light switches in the rooms look elegant but are poorly positioned and difficult to operate in the dark; password-free WiFi meant that our secure baby monitor would not function. Reception staff were aware of our VIP status and what it entailed in terms of discounts on food and drink but, when we tried to exercise the privilege, restaurant staff said they only accepted Radisson loyalty points and would not honour the Expedia terms. We didn't argue, but were disappointed.
