We love this hotel! First visited without the family, second visit brought the adult kids. We all highly enjoyed everything about this hotel. Club level was amazing. Relaxed atmosphere with great food. Small bites but perfect for us all. Drinks were a bonus as well. Thank you Kempinski for making our stay a memorable one. Everyone on every level was top notch. Quiet, classy, comfortable and extremely clean. Service and staff at every level were amazing. Thank you!

Kempinski is an excellent resort. Our stayed was exceptional. rooms are clean and spacious. resort is beautiful. food is delicious. my son has extreme allergy, and all the staff were attentive to his allergies and his meals. customer services received was outstanding from everyone. I would highly recommend Kempinski, Cancun for a family vacation, and definitely return.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. I have two small children who were only able to swim in a small area of the pool so that’s the only downside. I prefer multiple pools or larger areas for my kids. The access to the beach was nice and I would recommend this hotel but it’s a little more geared for adults thank families.

Property is in a great location for having a beautiful beach with a lot of pristine sand and ability to swim in the ocean without worries. The property is a bit dated. It was quiet and not the party scene, which we liked. Seemingly there were a lot of Europeans and few families with children. The breakfast included with vip access was worth it. It was nice. I didn't give full stars because it didn't change much over the week. A bit more variety would have been nice. Service was great also. I would recommend if you want nice and quiet and not crowded. We never had an issue getting a chair by the beach or pool.

Very nice hotel -rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and nice shower. it is an older style hotel. Food is good but overpriced. Friendly and accommodating staff. There is a charge for better beach lounge chairs. It is not a lively hotel. My stay was with teen daughter. I would not recommend for families that plan to be very active. Clean, comfortable and felt safe. Easy to take the bus to La Isla shopping during the day. Hotel also has free shuttle to shopping once a day.

Unique, classic and chic! Beautiful and spotless clean. Great for families or a romantic gateway. The seafront rooms with the turquoise blue water is just magnificent. The restaurants are outstanding. And last but not least, their staff was very welcoming and very helpful. We loved it!

We have spent 4 nights at Kempinski Hotel. We are totally satisfied with the staff service. If you want relaxing stay this is the place for you. Pool side and beach side service is also very good (i.e. very attentive; providing towels, sunscreen and sun balm). We will surely recommend this resort to our friends and family for their vacation to Cancun.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and a picturesque setting. Great restaurants inside the hotel and in walking distance. They even have have a kids club so your little ones have something to do as well. The service is b to of the notch. That's what this guess is know for. Had a great time looking forward to returning from.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The hospitality we received the entire time was unparalleled. The best service I can easily say I've ever experienced! We will be staying there again. The food was outstanding, and surprisingly reasonable for all three room service meals ordered for our family. Definitely a 5 star rating, I have not one negative remark!! Thank you Ritz Carlton for helping make this our best family vacation ever!!
