Sina Suites is a hidden gem in Cancun. My family has stayed there five times and this hotel never disappoints. The staff is friendly and helpful, the on-site restaurant serves delicious food that you can enjoy while looking at the view over the lagoon. Sunset is beautiful. They have a very nice pool area, beds and pillows are comfortable, showers and bathrooms are nice. It's a tranquil, up-scale feel at a reasonable rate. If you want the overwhelming all-inclusive resort beach club, this isn't the place. But if you want peace, relaxation, safety, and convenience, give Sina Suites a try. You'll be back!

The hotel was very homey and the room had a big space. Good for family or friends to stay.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Its near all beaches and activities and great for families. Hotel has bar and restaurant lagoon facing. Food was great and fresh.

Stayed here for 6 days with my family. Our suite had 2 stories, 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Extra beds in both rooms. Suite was very spacious and the balconies overlooking the lagoon were very nice. This place feels off the beaten path a little but is right near the center of the hotel zone. You could easily walk to the beaches or catch the bus at the end of the road. Very easy to do with older kids, may be more difficult with young children. The dining was available from 7:30am to 10:30pm and had a decent variety. Most of the staff did not speak any English but it was so nice to sit outside and eat right by the lagoon. We even had a crocodile swim up one evening. Fresh beach towels available in the office anytime and you could refill your water bottles there also. The property is older but is kept up and was very clean. It’s small so you saw the same staff members everyday which I prefer to some larger resorts where you have so many people around that you don’t know who is supposed to be there and who isn’t. They even got us fresh coconuts from the tree and cut them open for us. We had a rental car but there is a bus pickup at the end of the road along with a few other dining options. This place was quiet, clean, very spacious and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable. We shared a two room suite with our adult kids as a final stop before returning from Mexico. It was spacious and attractive with a great view over the pool and lagoon, A quiet oasis in the craziness of the hotel strip. Would book again.

Very quiet and relaxing. Amazing views of the lagoon situated down a quiet off road. Next to the golf course. Lovely junior suite with ground floor patio overlooking gardens and pool.

The experience was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The place was very spacious, like an entire apartment with kitchen and living room. Location was great, close enough to Punta Cancun (like 15 minutes walk) but quiet and peaceful. The manager was extremely kind and made us fell welcome at all times. I would definitely stay here again. It was a family trip and we all enjoyed it. Breakfast and service were amazing too.
