Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu

Excellent hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, great rooms & facilities: comfy beds, wonderful showers, high-end amenities, all topped off with a superb location! My family and I were extremely pleased with our stay here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Right in the heart of Shibuya. We could see the Shibuya scramble from our hotel room. Comfortable for a family of 4. We each had our own bed. Water, tea and Nespresso in the room.

Shibuya Stream was in the perfect location! So convenient and very nice hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff were great! My family and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel in Shibuya!

We had a great stay here! It was in the same building as multiple food options, a less than 5 minute walk from Shibuya crossing, and walkable to anything else we wanted to see. We booked a standard twin room for us and our two children ages 9&11. Sleeping was a bit of a squeeze, but honestly most hotel rooms are in Japan and it ended up being the most spacious room we stayed in during our trip. The staff also went out of their way to help us recover a wallet we lost in an uber, and it was returned with everything intact. We would stay here again should we come back to Tokyo.

Shibuya Stream is very accessible in terms of transportation and dining. We found it very safe especially traveling as a family.

My family is not fluent in Japanese and we found our stay very easy. In easy walking distance and good accessibility - we had a stroller, and were able to move around under cover, even though it rained.

Enjoyed our stay. Right by the train station which made it easy travelling with a toddler in a stroller. Area was close by all the great spots in shibuya.

Great location. Lobby is on the 4th floor. Restaurants on the second and third floor very convenient if you are tired. There’s a Deli Market on the 2nd if you want to pick up a drink to bring back. No water bottles provided as they are eco friendly but they do provide a reusable water bottle that you can fill up at a water station but we didn’t use them. The view from the room was great (shibuya crossing, Miyashita park) When you step out of the shower you are in the foyer area. Nowhere to dress in private in case you are travelling with friends or older children. (Not sure how other rooms are configured) There was a laundry area on our floor for a fee. We didn’t use it but saw many other folks using it. Shibuya scramble square is right next door if you want to visit Shibuya Sky. There’s also restaurant options in there. Connected to the Shibuya station. Really enjoyed my stay.
