Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel

We had a wonderful stay here for a family visit to Tokyo. The staff was outstanding and every detail was thought of. Convenient to the subways, and spectacular views - we could see Mt. Fuji on a clear day.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very walkable to Shibuya area attractions and easy pedestrian walkway to many train lines. The room was lovely with a stunning view of the city. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was immaculately clean. The buffet breakfast in the lobby restaurant had a wide selection of fresh foods every morning and was absolutely a good deal considering how many times my kids went back for seconds. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, big room, great big both room. The pool and SPA are amazing, the only comment here is the opening hours (open very late - 9am) and the fact that kids cannot use the pool at all.

A 5 star hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, a 5 minute walk to shibuya station. Rooms were very clean. Beds were little small for a family of four, but we pushed both beds together and managed. Very nice hotel, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel as well as the hotel itself. Our rooms were very modern, roomy and nice. We also appreciated free drinks in the fridge with sodas as well as some Japanese tea drinks with beer. We’d definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Very nice hotel, convenient walking to a ton of places, and there’s a 7/11 within the building too. Highly recommend for those wanting to explore Shibuya/Japan. Rooms are good sized too (traveled with our 2 young kids).

Convenient location at Shibuya and as with most hotels in Japan, the staff at reception are friendly and professional. However, our experience could have been better if some of the staff were less rigid about certain rules that do not make sense. Case in point, we have two children and one of them didn't want to wake up for breakfast due to jet lag, we thought it would make sense to pack up what we couldn't finish from our breakfast for her. When we first asked if they can give us a to-go box they said they don't have it; then when I went up to grab one of our kid's snack box and came back to pack that half a piece of egg omelet, I was shock to see that lady stuff almost ran over to tell us that it was not allowed. I would understand if it's a buffet but it was a set meal that we paid for so that kind of rigidity does not make sense.

Fabulous hotel, very close to the train station without being too close and busy. Great dining options, loved the breakfast each day. Room size was very large for Tokyo and very generous with the toiletries provided. Service was wonderful, we arrive very late at night with tired young children and the staff whisked us straight to our room, assisted with luggage and sorted everything very quickly for us. We were there for Xmas day and the Christmas tree and carol singers were fabulous.
