Not the closest hotel to Shibuya station but nice walkable place to Shibuya, Harajuku and Omotesando. Lots of good food and shibuya shopping places are right around and the minimal service was just enough to stay there comfortably for 5 nights. I won't try to stay with kids and family in their small room, but for solo trips or couples, this is a great place.

This was a good hotel for a short stay. I chose it for it’s closeness to the Shibuya station as I was travelling with injured individuals. Although it is close for able bodied individuals, I found it was still quite a walk to the station for someone who is injured (especially considering the size of Shibuya station and how difficult it can be to navigate). If it’s important for you to be close to a subway, I’d book a hotel even closer to Shibuya station or a hotel that is near a smaller station (which would take less time and steps to navigate around). The hotel itself was alright, facilities were clean and comfortable enough. It’s attached to a mall with many restaurant options if you need something in a pinch. I enjoyed the rooftop bar (had an enclosed and small unenclosed portion); the service here was good. I found the check in time of the hotel to be too late (5 pm); if you arrive earlier in the day and are travelling with children or someone who may need to rest during their travel day, this check in time is too late.

Loved this hotel. It is close to restaurants,cafe,shops , transportation only a few min tires walk. The hotel is very trendy with a great cafe and space to catch up with friends. The roof top park comes alive at night as people sit and meet up with friends /family . The hotel has cafes, restaurants, shops below hotel. Loved staying here as it was a great location , modern and had a great feel amount it’s surroundings.
