Le St-Martin Hotel & Suites Laval

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Would definitely rent this property to friends and family, would also definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was tough. No place to sit and very disorganized. Went back with my wife and kids to eat in our room and the key card would not work. Went to get it fixed to no resolve. They sent maintenance up and they also could not get in. Ended up with my family in the hallway for 15-20 min breakfast in hand waiting to get into our room. Than eating breakfast while maintenance fixed the door. The deals staff could care less. We also upon arrival requested pillows and were told there are plenty in the room. Overall nice hotel with a staff that could care less about their guest.

Location is good. We stayed here multiple times every year when we visit our family in Laval. Unfortunately, this year we had some bad experience with the hotel and we think we will not return. 1st reason: we booked for superior room, but when checking in, they kept saying we booked for Classic room. Luckily, my wife had a hard-copy printed out to show the room. They then excused and saying system is malfunction and finally gave the room that we booked. Without the printed out hard copy, we dont think we will get the room that we booked. 2nd reason: Wi-Fi is very bad, sometimes works and sometimes does not. When it works, the speed is very slow, even worst then my phone roaming with Bell Canada using 3G. What is the lousy wireless network at this hotel. I am traveling and working with colleagues around the world via MS teams, this time my work schedule had a huge impact due to bad Wi-Fi in this hotel. We definitely look somewhere else to stay

Our family of 4 were in town for a volleyball tournament and stayed for two nights. Check in was fast and efficient, room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the small fridge to store our snacks and liked that the coffee maker was a nespresso. Breakfast was very good for a continental with lots of options. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is good and well located. However, the breakfast service start at 6:30 and finish by 9:45 which is very earlier for a family on a vacation mode. Once we got into the dining room at 9:15 the lady started to arrange all the buffet into the fridge and the kitchen which is not customer service principle Anyway will never return there
