I liked the breakfast buffet especially when traveling with small children, it had many options for them to enjoy as well as save us some money.

This was a good choice for our recent family business trip, a one night stay in the Montreal area. We liked the location, it was convenient for what we had to do, although the restaurant choices were not that close by. The hotel itself is in good condition, and the staff did a good job in meeting our request for a room for seniors with limited mobility. What we did not know is how far the breakfast area is from the main lobby and elevators. The breakfast was quite tasty and well stocked although there was no decaf coffee available while I was there. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable, no extra chair in the room which would have been nice. All in all, we would probably stay here again if we are in the area.

Clean rooms and pool. Breakfast included is convenient. Only issue was finding dining in the area when we have 2 young kids.

My kids and I loved this hotel. The lobby and our room was super nice and clean. Lots of space to lounge and relax in the lobby. Quiet hotel with very attentive staff. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again, parking is free and close to all restaurants and the mall.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The hotel description lists as an ideal setting for a family reunion, work conference etc. and that it is a modern hotel etc with wifi. We arrived to find out our room was in the basement, with no natural light as our window faced the atrium inside by the pool. The curtain does not close all the way so there is always light streaming in the side. The AC was not reading the temp properly, even set at a low of 68 the fan never kicked on leaving it very stale. We were at the hotel with 12 other families, there was zero space to gather. No bar or lounge or restaurant, the breakfast area is roped off after the meal. The bar/lounge area they show in the photos is roped off and closed for over 5 years. There was a large carpeted area in the atrium outside of our room and the other families, we were told we were not allowed to gather and the kids could not hang out in this space, even at 730pm, way earlier than any noise policies would kick in. We were constantly targeted by staff who seemed to be pushing a policy that the only acceptable thing to do was to be locked in our rooms at all times. I have never been talked down to the way we were by the staff, who seemed unstable at all times. I have never been told we can’t socialize outside of rooms at a hotel. The rooms aren’t even big enough to have another family stop by for a chat and the bed frame would tip if you put too much weight on the end. Wifi wouldn’t run Netflix. No value.

Let’s just say this is the first and last time I would stay at this Hotel. - The front desk made a mistake and charged us twice for our stay. They refused to reverse and told us we need to deal with the bank. This was done to half of our hockey team. - Bar area was closed off when asked if we could just sit and watch TV we were told it’s an engineering issue that is why it’s closed. Then they said we don’t have a liquor license. -The room was clean but you need to request to get your room clean. It’s not done automatically and they don’t have a door sign. -2 Hockey team was staying at the hotel. The pool area will get loud apparently they are not allowed to scream. Overall the hotel is not meant for big groups or for families. It felt like a prison only allowed to be in our rooms. If you are looking for place for an overnight sleep and leaving the next day then that an ok Hotel. I felt bad for the staff they obviously have no support or the training to deal with complaints.

Upon my arrival, I told them that my wife is not coming. Then they « promoted » me and my two kids to a room with one king-size bed, although I reserved a room with two queen-size beds. All that without asking me. My children and I had a terrible night sleeping in one bed. Although I told them about this situation shortly after we saw the room, they told me that they no longer had rooms with two beds. I asked for a partial reimbursement. They sent me to their manager who came the next day and refused to acknowledge their error, saying that I was free to decline that room at the moment of my arrival (they never told me that they are giving me a different room) and go to another hotel (right, with two kids and after 16 hours on two flights).

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids to rest after a long day of car travelling. It was a terrible night, we almost heard everything in the next room. We found plastic cover of medical item. The A/C was the conventional split but directed to the beds with no possibility to change that! The breakfast was disappointing as well.

It’s weird we booked a suite for me and my kids and we were 3 they charge more even thought that it’s says 4 sleeps. Furthermore, there is no water in suite and when we get their the kids need water and they asked us to drink from tap water. Never see a suite room and no water ????

Please avoid the rooms on the first floor because they smell awful. Although I booked a reservation in advance, we were not offered a room we wanted. Neither did my friend's family. After waiting an hour, we received a room change, but the new room was so small for my family: just one queen bed was set in the room for 4 people. One of the staff brought us a portable bed; however, it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. No space for all of us to lie down. Want to know the way we can receive compensation for this loss. Staying at this place was one of the most terrible experiences ever!
