Staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds were well kept and very clean. This hotel is very pet friendly as well as my dog enjoyed his stay as well. The free breakfast was better then most other hotels around with fresh fruit, juices and a mix of different cereals for the kids. All in all a great place to stay close to everything and a very clean hotel.

Great place, it's my third time at this hotel and me and my family love it!

We were up for a family wedding. We rented two rooms and we enjoyed our stay. The construction next door may have limited the parking options or the wedding was just so big the number of cars was too much. The hotel seemed flexible about letting cars be in unmarked spots. The sink in my room was cracked and the remote/TV setup was a little difficult; both could be updated. I think the A/C and some exterior work was being done at the site. The pet-friendly nature of the hotel was great. Beds and towels were clean as was the room. Thank you!

I was given a smoking room, even though my reservation showed that I reserved for 2 adults and a 1 year old. I called the hotel about 3 days prior to my arrival to ask about sleeping arrangements for the baby and they made provision for a baby crib. On arrival at the hotel, I was surprised to be be informed that my room was a smoking room and they had installed the baby crib in a smoking room. I inquired if that could be changed and I was told they didn't have any non-smoking room.

While it did not ruin our week away as a family, the experience with the Hampton Inn (Laval) very nearly did. The accommodations are tired but acceptable and the complimentary breakfast was okay. The trouble came with the use of the pool. Although it is not advertised, the hotel opens its diminutive pool up to the community for swimming lessons. A charitable practice but not great for business. It is our understanding that the swimming instructors and students were to stay in half the pool and leave the other half for guests. Our children did their best to stay to their half and not disturb the other swimmers. We were proud of their courtesy. The swimming instructor shooed them out of the way and raised her voice at them to “stop!” when they were in her way. She made our children feel very unwelcome- surprising for hotel guests. On confrontation, the staff assured my wife they would look into it but then reported that it was the fault of our children. We were disappointed. The hotel is okay but this customer service is a new low. Had we known about the availability of the pool, we would have chosen another hotel. And we certainly would have chosen another hotel based on the customer service we received!

This was a great stay for my family and I. The best part was the customer service. Front desk staff were kind, responsive, and helped us with some additional accommodations as we were traveling with small children. 10/10 for cleanliness which is most important to me. Comfortable mattress. Free breakfast was ok, typical hotel food left nothing to be desired. 3/10 for the following: Would have preferred a working television. Terrible wifi connection.
