Novotel Montreal Aeroport

Room had been updated recently. Bathroom is nice. I liked the shower with hand hold wand. The flooring panels had some wide gaps as if a highschool kid installed the floor boards for the first time, so that was a turn off.

Stayed for 3 nights for visiting family and friends and shopping. Property is nice, clean, well located but must have a car!! Shops and restaurants about 15 - 20 min away. Nothing really within walkable distance. Rooms are basic, very quiet, super good matress, sadly no small microwave which would be very handy, no glassware for in room drinks, even for water, just a couple of paper coffee cups?? Small bar fridge is nice and usefull, ample good quality towels, super blackout window blind which is very nice since office building is just "right there", on east side. Restaurant and bar on site are nice. Overall experience was pleasant, and as mentionned quietness was really appreciated. Overall good experience

On day 1, around 1 am the AC System broke and was making too much noise letting my family unable to sleep. I went downstairs with the issue and the recepotinist named YASIR was so rude that he refused to change my room and said "Just plug it out, that's it! it's common sense". That were his exact words. Is this how you talk with your customers? Do you try to tell your customers that they are stupid? Do you think of yourself as oversmart?. As a solution, he just offered the temporary transportable small heater and my family and me had to sleep in that same room in that cold without any air circulation and with that small heater which was not hetaing the enitre place properly. It was a very uncomfortable experience and that guy YASIR seriously neither have any respect for customers nor he talks properly. Forget having a solution to the problem.

We loved the king room with double bed sofa. Very roomy with modern decor. One point deduction for cold water in pool and Luke warm water in hot tub. But kids still liked

The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a great stay. After a long day in the airport, dealing with flight cancellations, this was a lovely way to end a bad day!

Disappointing. The app indicates 3,5km to airport when its actually 10kms! That makes a big difference in lack of shuttle and a pricey cab ride. Then, myself and my daughter(4) went for supper and the lady was very rude and didn't seem to want to serve us because she had to get a spot ready in the dinning area because my kid couldnt be sitting by the bar. There were 5 Fancy(pricey) options for supper and ZERO kids options. She ended up eating french fries with ketchup :(. We woke up 10:00 and i called the desk to see when breakfast was closed, and it had already been closed. My kid was very hungry because of no supper options and now no breakfast. My heart was broken. We had to get ready, take another cab (10mins) to a Cora’s. I was crying the entire time because my kid ate her breakfast like someone was going to steal it!! Couldnt deal with my child not eating supper again (as we checked in for 2 nights) so i paid for 2 nights and checked out after 1. Had to take another cab and book another hotel. Soo dissapointing!!

It wasn’t the way we expected according to the $ they charged. We were given connecting room where shower head wasn’t staying in right place plus the light wasn’t working so we called the sand day and they said we got no room but will shift you tomorrow, next day we got the same type of room but again in tub the drain stopper didnt work. My kids were so disappointed because they couldn’t go in pool because it was so deep for then and in room the drain didn’t work. So it wasn’t the good experience at Novotel

I stayed for one night with my family. Check in was fast as well as check out. They allowed us to use the pool even after the official schedule. When I asked for a baby crib, it was sent to my room almost immediately. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay.
