Ease of access. Close to family house

I had called to ask if there were hockey groups during our stay. There was no group reservations when I called. When we got at the hotel, it was clear there were group reservations. At check-in, I asked not to be put with these groups. The lady at check-in assured me that no. At 9:30 pm, there were still kids running in the hallway. I opened my door and asked them to be more quiet. At 11:30pm, I had to call the front desk because there were still kids running and yelling in the hallway. Front desk didn’t answer. In the morning, it was the same lady who checked me in (Rachida). She confirmed that there were 6 hockey groups….but only 2 families on our floor, but that the kids must’ve been traveling between floors. I highly recommend that this hotel has a rule observance in place so that everyone can have a good time. Because I certainly didn’t. The hotel is also undergoing renovations. But it is clean.
