Our second stay here, this time in winter. And it didn't disappoint. Brilliant hotel with tons of activities for the kids. Lac Beauport is a fantastic place to spend the day and the rooms are extremely comfortable.

Food and service in the restaurant was wonderful. Check in was late, they said our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get into our room until 4:15 when check in is 4. We experienced kids screeching/dogs barking in the evenings in the hallways both nights and the shower was not clean upon arrival. The room had lights out and the air vent was left open and broken so it couldn’t close. We wish it was a more comfortable experience as it was our anniversary. It just seemed the place was quite understaffed and lacked attention to detail.

Definitely the best hotel around Quebec city. - Extremely clean - Amazing for families or couple - Good restaurant - Incredible wine list - Beautiful view - 10 minutes drive from Quebec city. - Amazing service from the staff.

Excellent property!! Staff was amazing and the location is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend a stay here for all seasons. Great for both couples and family.

This was our second time at this property - first time was great. This time, there happened to be a wedding the same evening, and the music was extremely loud until close to 3:30am. When we complained to the staff throughout the night, they said there was nothing they could do about it. When asked the following morning, they said 3am is the the cut off for music, which we find to be terribly late especially for a family resort. The manager in the morning refunded the cost of our stay . Just be aware, if you go on a night where there’s a potential event, music is permitted to play loudly until 3am.
