Hotel room ok, very small, did not provide 2 beds as advertised, it was one bed and a Murphy bed. The room was cramped and it was difficult to move around inside. I would describe this location as more of a motel. Breakfast was not included, they gave us a 20% discount coupon for the restaurant across the lot instead. The waitress at the restaurant was very rude and unprofessional. We asked if we could use the discount on any of the items on the menu and she said yes, so we ordered breakfast and lunch items. When she brought the bill, they did not apply the discount, first she claimed not remembering that we gave her the coupons and then changed the story to say she didn't understand when we ask her about the discount. She resisted giving us the discount for some time while giving us a lot of attitude. Our experience as a whole was unsavory and we as a family will not return to this hotel, and advise other to be weary.

I booked this hotel for my daughter’s skating competition in the next day, this hotel is only 7 minutes from the area, I saw all the good comments under this place, all 10/10, excuse me? First, we are not light sleepers, the air conditioner was noisy like a tractor, every 30 minutes we were waking up by that noise. Second, there’s no sound prove between the rooms at all, you could hear everyone walking, laughing, talking, lucky nobody make sex noise beside our room! Third, all the room on the my side have the parking right in front of the windows, 3:30am we were waking up again because people started to either packed to go or unload their luggages, so of course banging doors, talking all over again! So if you are a parent like me, your kids need to rest good for the next day competition, please don’t book this hotel! First time writing bad comments ever, if this hotel had honest comments, I was prepared for noises or I book this hotel because of price or budget, I won’t be this much disappointed, anyway people who need good rest, don’t consider this hotel at all!
