The property was beautiful, especially during autumn, as we could see the changing leaves throughout the forest that surrounded the hotel. Loved the decorations in the room, which was also very spacious. Staff was also very accommodating: we stayed in a room immediately across from the elevator on the first floor, which was quite loud. We submitted feedback on Expedia, and the next morning, the hotel team called us to ask if we wanted to move to another room. This showed great professionalism and attention to customer comfort! The hotel is a bit far from the center of Quebec City, so would recommend travellers to rent a car. They have ample EV charging and parking, so shouldn't be an issue! Would definitely recommend families and couples to stay here for a beautiful hotel experience!

We loved our stay at this hotel. We took a 10-day road trip this summer and stopped at various places in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. This hotel was the most unique and so peaceful. I like the sound of the river and the closeness to nature but with the amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool. I can tell that our dog felt most comfortable at this hotel than all the others we stayed at on this road trip. I’d love to see similar hotels in Canada as I think it really helps the community in the area.

I cannot recommend this hotel more! What a great place to stay when going to Quebec City. The rooms are immaculate, there is no carpeting, all the rooms face the river and you can open the patio doors to let the sound lull you to sleep. You can’t hear any cars or noises other than nature. The hotel is slightly outside the city but totally worth it, there is abundant parking and there are a bunch of little shops nearby. The pool seems to be newly renovated and very clean, there’s even a little wading pool for children. The restaurant offers a slightly pricy menu but is well worth it if you are interested in trying indigenous cuisine. The breakfast is a more affordable option and also excellent. I will not be staying anywhere else when I’m in Quebec City from now on. Truly a hidden gem, well done! There’s also a museum on site with workshops you can have the kids do during your stay at the hotel.
