Overall our stay was great, it is an older property undergoing renovations. The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof, we could hear everything in the hallways. Lots of kids roaming/running the hallways unattended. Lots of kids in the indoor pool and spa areas as well, so not what I recommend as relaxing spa experience…

The property was beautiful. The rooms were really nice. The internet wasn't great and there were no elevators. The restaurant on site was upscale and had foods that we normally wouldn't eat. Definately not for kids. The prices were high to. You had to make reservations the night before if you wanted to eat there, also there was no breakfast included which was a pain because we had to go out and eat every morning. The location was in a nice and quiet. It was on a lake which was nice but not many choices to eat in the area.

Rude service… kept on reminding us we booked with hotels.com… Restaurant was super expensive for portion kid size …. Fish and chips was 2 small kids size with rice!!!! Yikes!!!

Can improve directions for the entry/reception. Exceptionally calm and clean property. Fun activities to do at the property like mini golf, swimming pool, kayak, paddle boat. Can also play volley ball or soccer. Great place to be with family

I ended up getting my room at 7pm. Checking was at 4pm. The kids were tired and no one seems to care enough to get our rooms ready on time. The were overbooked for some reason:( We didn’t get a discount from the manager . This was a horrible experience. They should hire black people at the front desk instead of having them cleaning rooms or picking up the garbage. They always seems to be surprised to see black folks at this Hotel 🏨

Great family vacation. Located Near village Valcartier and Stoneham ski hill Great spa on site For the holidays They had great activities set up for kids with outside fire and marshmallows. Big room set up with bouncy castle and tons board game. Food is amazing and not over priced.

Very relaxing view outside. I love the parc (big front space), you can see the kids playing thru your room balcony. Very clean environment and reasonable rate. Love it!

Very nice location, access to the pool (even if a little noisy because of the children), paddle for rent to do on the lake. The beds are very comfortable.

Super nice and calm environment. Combination of lake view, out door pool and indoor pool is great. Having couple of out door jacuzzies as well as indoor one plus saunas, there always room for everyone. Room was clean with good feeling. We visited during August. If you are visiting during this time you can expect many flies in the room, although windows were having nets. All in all, recommend the place for a family stay.
