Had a great time with family!

We really enjoyed our stay here and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The facilities were very clean and relatively quiet. We had no issues hearing our neighbours or any outside sounds. The property itself is beautiful and secluded. We thought due to the proximity of the highway we’d be hearing lots of noise but surprisingly you barely realized you were next to a major highway. It’s about 15 minutes from popular tourist attractions and parking was free and extremely easy. The breakfast was good but simple, I don’t necessarily think it’s worth the $24 but it is all you can eat which was nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The gym was all new and barely used, a bit hot in the room but aside from that the equipment was great The “resort” aspect was a little less than we expected, it was only a sauna and a hot bath but either way it was lovely. The only thing I will mention is that it’s difficult to truly enjoy the spa. Lots of children running around, screaming and splashing in the hot bath made it difficult to relax and the 10 pm closing really limited the time we were really able to use the spa. Of course that isn’t the hotels fault but I think implementing an adults only hour would really benefit. Once the spa finally quieted down we only had about 10 minutes before it was closed. Again, not the hotels fault but it was a bit frustrating not being able to enjoy the pool Overall extremely happy with our stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

The room exceeds expectations in size for its price range. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the modern walk-in shower adds to the appeal. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. My family and I are thoroughly enjoying our stay and plan to return. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

This was pretty much as bad as it gets. First of all, we had booked a room with bathtub, but sadly when we arrived there was none to be found. We got moved to a new room after one night, which had a bathtub, bare big enough for a toddler. At that time we were done complaining about it though, as we had been upgraded to it. We stayed for 4 days and our room was not cleaned once during our stay. The restaurant (Dijon) was another story altogether. We had ordered stake at our first night, and it was severely overlooked . Out of politeness we did not complain. Breakfast the next morning was rough. It was an overpriced and underwhelming Continental buffet. We took 2 yogurt cups with us and when we were about to eat them we realized they were expired for a week already. I brought this to the attention of the waiting staff, and they took them away, but did not bring new ones. When checking the buffet later I saw that the entire yogurts were all expired and had not been remived, and it was 30 minutes after our initial comment. The waiting staff then again went to the kitchen and finally the items were removed. The staff then also complained that I did not leave a tip for the breakfast. I was actually surprised to get a bill at all after being served expired food, and the response was an angry look and a comment along the lines of - it is not my fault you picked expired items. Overall very disappointing experience, and quite the surprising one, compared to previous HILTON visits

Hotel is easily accessible to highway. Free and convenient parking. A car is a must for this location. We drove to Old Québec and parked in lower part. We arrived within 20 min. Spent the day in Old Québec and returned to hotel after dinner. The drive back in the evening was under 15 min. King suite for family of 2 adults/2 kids. The suite included a separate room with a comfortable king-size bed, a closet with several wooden hangers, 2 drawers, and a TV mounted on the wall. Suite had a small seating area where the couch converted into a Full size Murphy bed -- which is more comfortable than sleeping on a sofa. There was a good size writing desk/chair, additional closet space with shelves, small lounge chair, and second TV. Shower/bathroom was spacious. The sink only had one sink/faucet but the counter top and under sink shelf was spacious. Suite was clean. Everything worked properly. Areas of improvement: • Hotel does not offer a shuttle service to Old Québec. • King suite only had one AC unit to cool 3 rooms (master room, seating room and bathroom). We stayed during the hot/humid summer month. To keep the master room somewhat cool at night, people sleeping on the Murphy bed (next to the AC unit) were freezing at night. • pool was small. Second (even smaller) pool was under construction. AVOID eating at the hotel. Breakfast was terrible and expensive. 24CAN gets you cold, defrosted potatoes; overcooked, defrosted bacon; cheap OJ; weak coffee; yogurt and toast.

ideal for families, quiet, pool, sauna and gym, excellent. Room, very clean, spacious, golf course view. personnel very nice, breakfast was outstanding.

Everything was nice but what I didn’t like is that they haven’t inform us that you have to pay whenever you watch a movie. My daughter watched TV just like she does in every hotel and I got a bill of 57.46$. This should be mentioned specially to the parents having kids that everything that you watch on TV will be charged. I stayed in many hotels but I never faced such thing so I am quite disappointed but at the same time happy that I stayed only one night because if I would stay 2-3 nights I would get a bill of 200$.
