Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Beauport Quebec

A lot of families with kids stay at that hotel. We stayed 3 nights and there were kids running and playing in the hallway those 3 nights. It is not a quiet hotel.

I appreciate my stay with my family. Everything was good. I recommend the Hampton hotel

Highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites. the breakfast is included with many choices, My kids love it.

Absolutely amazing! Very good amenities and very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful staff. Free parking!! Our family left Quebec City saying that whenever we visit again, we’re staying here for sure!

Everything were good for me and my family

Junior Hockey player everywhere and their parents (that were with them) were not taking care of them and raising their kids. Kids were playing hockey intensively on the 4th floor in the hallway jumping and yelling. A few time the poor front desk girl tried her best to tell them to stop but the kids were disrespecting her and ignoring her. At 11 pm we had to leave the hotel we couldn't sleep because of all the bagging and jumping. We were reimbursed buy the hotel and they also said that they were sorry that the security guard that was suppose to show up called in sick and they just could keep up with the missbehaving kids. It's a shame that some parents don't raise their kids, they pay them hockey lessons and pay for all the tournements equipment...but don't take their real responsabilities as parents.

My stay here was detestable. The staff was generally pleasant and spoke English moderately well, but everything else was disdainful. Our rooms weren’t properly prepared - the shampoo was heavily watered down, the conditioner barely had any left in the container (when I asked for a new one, I received two tiny travel sized bottles from a completely different brand), and we were only left with one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4. Additionally, the cuisine staff left much to be desired, mulling around empty dishes during breakfast and doing little to replace anything. On the note of breakfast, the food was vile. I found a small piece of plastic wrapper in my scrambled eggs, which were watery to begin with, the breakfast “omelette” was just a folded and rubbery egg with no filling, and the selection in general was severely lacking. There was nothing positively notable during this stay, I would describe it as mediocre at its best (check in) and deplorable at every other point.
