Overall, it was fine. However, the purpose of us staying here was to use the pool with our kiddo, but we werent able to as it was dirty and the water was cloudy. The gym equipment, which I used, is worn down to the point it’s not safe.

We stayed at the Hampton inn for two nights in late April at the end of a family trip to Ontario. The staff were efficient, the hotel is in very good condition, and the bed was comfortable. We had a great stay and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport on our departure morning. Be aware that the shuttle only runs once an hour so you need to be prepared ahead of time.

After a cancelled flight at Pearson and a long day of travel and waiting, my family had to scramble to find a hotel for the night. Hampton Inn was reasonably priced and we were able to get 2 rooms reserved right away. When we arrived, Satvik at the front desk was very nice and professional. I had been up for nearly 24 hours at that point I could barely think. Satvik informed us of breakfast in the morning and asked if we needed transportation to the airport the next day. He set everything up for us and thought of everything. It was much appreciated after having a long and frustrating day!

The property was nice and clean. I booked an adjoining room to accomodate children. At check-in the man was very nonchalant about me having two separate rooms, not adjoining and to take it up with Expedia. After traveling for 8 hours and being delayed with traffic/navigation issues, it added to frustration that he didn't seem to care that I didn't want my kids separated from me. He told me to check back at 9 after some more rooms got cleaned. So owness transferred to me to provide my own accurate customer service. No one ever followed up with me. I feel like if I had booked direct there would have been more attention to my customer experience but because my trip was booked through a third-party he seemed to care less.

Everyone that worked at this hotel made our experience absolutely wonderful. From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the kind and fun kitchen staff that let my toddler help them by pushing the cart around and the cleaning staff they all went above and beyond. We stay at a lot of hotels and this was an exceptional experience with customer service. The breakfast was also excellent in terms of selection. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only minor thing I noticed was there were some hairs floating in the swimming pool so the pool filter may need some attention. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice front desk lady. She respoded with such amiable demeanour and she was helpful. She gave us options to choose our room and was fantastic. She helped us make good tea and she was welcoming. The room was spacious, cozy and neat. This is a better hotel compared to Best Western Hotel (on Dixie road, Mississauga) i had initially booked but i was kept waiting for 3 hours with poor communication and no empathy for us, especially with our kids sleeping in the lobby. Hampton Inn is the best!

My flight was cancelled and had to book a hotel near the airport. Booking was easy and staff are very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle drivers are kind and willing to help. Breakfast is okay and includes enough variety for my family. Thanks for doing a nice job.
