The hotel and the room itself was very clean. I did not get to eat in the restaurant or bar but it was nice to have one. The pool and gym are good for a hotel. I only had issues with accessing the back door, as my card would not work sometimes(even during the day hours). And the walls seemed a lil thin as my neighbors had kids and could sometimes hear them. Outside of that, I really like this hotel and it's location. Very easy to get in and out of Toronto during my trip. Especially love there is no fee to park your car.

We ordered a room with 2 queen beds and when we got there are room was 2 double beds ..the floor we were on smelled like cigarettes. the hotel alarm clock went off at 6 am . It wasnt a terrible experience though . The kids liked the pool .room was pretty clean . I wasnt a fan of using shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall ... you dont no what people could have done to them befor you ..

Great location near the airport. The hotel was clean and the workers were very friendly. My grandkids loved the pool. There were plenty of food options around the hotel. The traffic into the center of town is heavy many times of the day but that’s expected in a big metro area

I was not satisfied during last 2 of 6 days, due to my family’s key card not being able to be utilized on different entry doors and the intercom outside the door didn’t work. Not safe
