I booked a room at Fairfield about 9 months ago, the day before arriving Im told they don't have a room for me and sent me to their sister hotel next door. Hotel was clean, free shuttle to/from airport. Our departure was early in the morning, I was assured that there would be a "to go" breakfast to take with us as it was before 6am. I confirmed this with both hotels before arrival. When checking out they did not have anything for us which was very disappointing as I was traveling with children and was told twice that this would be available.

Great place for price. You can Uber into downtown for about $40 w tip. Minor inconveniences were tub doesn’t drain well. Staff not stopping kids running up and down hall mid morning. No water bottle in room. Shower doesn’t have a wand. Would stay again.

They were really nice and let me check in early and that was super helpful and kind as I was with my toddler and he needed to sleep asap!

Had a problem in my room with the bathroom an made a complain no one came to have a look at it as for room to be cleaned all the did was come change the towels was traveling with a baby as if the could give me milk and asked me to pay for it which is weirrd have never experienced this at sny other hotrl

Room was big and clean. Very quiet. I give only 3 stars to the shuttle though. Was fast to go to the ariport and on time but left us at the arrival door instead of departure , at the end of the building. We had to walk across the terminal to find the elevator, with 4 luggages and 2 small kids at 4h30am. We found it lazy from the driver and absolutely not convenient.

Clear, safety, comfortable place for staying with kids. Friendly staff, good breakfast included. 20-30 min away of downtown Toronto. Highly recommended.

Staff was awesome. The only knock is that a team of hockey kids were extremely loud.
