Our stay at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean and relaxing from the moment we walked through the doors from the airport. Rashid at the front desk could not have been any kinder, more helpful, or more accommodating. He showed us the amenities of the hotel, including the value-added "Club" restaurant. I wish I could mention all the names of the wonderful staff. Bottom line: we look forward to returning. BTW, Rashid, if you are ever in Charlotte, NC, we would open our home to you and our family to show the same warmth that you showed Debby and me. Sincerely, Stefano

The staff have been 11/10 amazing and attentive to our needs. They have efficiently helped us navigate a busy check in time, quickly obtained the crib we needed for our baby, and helped us make a plan for our very early morning checkout ahead of our flight. The property is clean, modern and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things.

We have stayed here many times & love the experience. Cassie the resturant manager is a Wonderful Person who treats everyone as if you were family & is always a Highlight of our stays. All the Staff are excellent & professional. Earl & Dorothy

perfect location for long stays at the airport. My family was able to get a good night sleep between flights. Easy access from terminal 3 and fast check-in/check out. Worked great for us

The hotel was within walking distance for a very early start at the airport, also the restaurant was great for food for 2 kids and 2 adults. Great staff and our room and hall way very clean. We did have the fire alarm go off at 1.45am in the morning but these things happen.

Easily accessed from the airport. We had a 6hr layover. Used the pool and gym. Was great to get the kids tired before our next flight.

We really appreciate Rosario at check in for upgrading our room for a fee so we could watch the planes take off and land. Kids loved this. The club room breaky was amazing! Thanks for perfect stay on our way home from holidays! Really was the cherry on top at the end of our family holiday. The only and I mean the only improvement would be to add a "family booking" price to help us out. But we pay for the convenience of staying right in the airport and it was so worth less stress and more sleep!
