Quiet, convenient, friendly staff. Unique pool that the kids loved. Bathroom was a little cramped, with low water pressure at the sink (fine for toilet and shower).

The hotel is good for our family gatherings on holiday.
Our problem is the pricing and the clarity of the billing. There seems to be a lot of extra charges, difficult to tell if - 000 is a credit card payment or not charged, or returned charge.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The dining room has pleasant staff, and a decent menu.
Many good hotels have a breakfast included in the price, this one has a discount for adults staying at the hotel, and extra charge for children.

Take your money & family elsewhere.
- water supply is not working, when working it was yellow for along time.
- i complained about the iron not working, nothing was done about it.
- now water is working & is clear but now is cold. not sure if there is a water heater issue. we called complained and they said should be fixed. Why even trust the water post yellow water? Ew.
- the tv in bedroom does not work just says “no connection”, the suite area tv shows “no connection” atleast few times a day when we did stay. @Marriot, Why do you even have screens in the suites?
- plugs not working the first two days, had to call maintenance. our electronics were not fully charged.
- since marriot hotels reccomending us a restaurant right downstairs, we ordered food midday. the chicken was the wrong one ordered the inside was an off color so we asked them to prepare us our correct order as this is not what we ordered. we also offered them if we should bring it back to the restaurant however the hostess advised us to throw it in the garbage. my fiance then went downstairs to get his original ordered food he was waiting 1 hour for just for the hostess now asking him to bring the wrong food back as chef wanted to see it. this is completely unacceptable. Why would the restaurant tell us some thing & then ask us to do something else.
- the bathroom fan does not work & we were advised as it is an old building

I paid almost $300 for this only because i have 2 kids and we stayed there overnight. When we got there, the water was out so my son and husband couldnt use the bathroom. We asked for a crib but there was none available for my daughter and i had to ask twice for it. The phone in the room wasn't working so i had to walk to the front desk for it. For the amount i paid, i expect better service or some compensation for the inconvenience. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Food was great but you get what i mean. Some compensation will be nice and i might be back. We just had to stay there because of the overnight flight.

Sheraton Toronto Airport was good value withing having bedroom option so kids can stay on pull out and go to bed earlier while parents could visit in bedroom and watch a movie.

Check in delayed with 2 small children...bathtub wouldn't empty...not what expected for a former Marriott ...sub par everything...bad experience

Easy access to highways and airport. We loved the pool & gym as well. All members of the family enjoyed the facilities

Horrible experiense i ever had with the receptionist and specially that called her self the manager on my check in shes a verry rude person and she gave us no choice, in a way she was kicking us out me and my 2 years old kid and wife a 11:30 at night after 7 hours of travel bcz i had no credit card and in the hotel the debit card is not working so she wasn't letting me check in unless i have a credit card , even though i told her im in the hotel when your system work again let me know i will pay my room even before the check out the worse service and the worse service i ever had , and btw im a hotel manager in W hotel doha Qatar

Checked in online and got a text message saying room is ready. Flight got delayed and arrived 2am and they told me that I have to wait as the room needs to clean? You kidding? Isn’t the work supposed to be done earlier? Rather than to have it done until the customer checks in? Ridiculous! Very bad experience!
