Staff was very friendly however rooms were not cleaned properly. My young child found pills besides the bed. Another disappointment is the slide that has not been working apparently for a couple of years, however is still shown in the photos.

Old hotel. Definitely a 3 star minus kind of joint. Was clean and quiet but room was pretty run down. Waterslide was out of order to the dismay of the children.

Friendly service and good room configurations for a family of 5. Nice clean pool and hot tub though unfortunately the waterslide is out of order.

Very convenient location for family need a night to stay nearby airport, shuttle service is available 24/7 room layout is modern and bed is comfortable the only thing I would say is pillow it’s either too hard or too height for me but overall. It’s a clean and comfortable hotel to stay

Everything was great with our stay and we especially loved the sheets and the pillows! Wish we could buy those sheets as they were so soft and comfortable. The only issue we had was the water slide was not running and one of the main reasons we picked this location was the water slide for the kids. The pool was still lovely and so was the hot tub. Location is super convenient for airport. Would recommend this hotel for families!

Hotel is very nice, and staff is friendly. We required a crib and they were very prompt at bringing it for us. Slide was closed when we were there but kids enjoyed the pool.

Property is dated ,room are dark Did not have any water bottles in room . Room service never refill coffe stations in room Hot water is burning 🔥 hot .its is easy for kids to get burn
