My stay was amazing. I came with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and the concierge helped make our stay extra special with some suggestions and great communication on what the hotel has to offer. We had an amazing view of the lake and we got lucky to have gorgeous weather the whole stay as well. My wife and I agreed we need to come down again and bring our 2 kids cause they would have loved to stay there and enjoy all that hotel x has to offer as well.

We were not impressed at the set up. We had a infant child with us and had to walk with all of our bags and our baby. The check in staff was not friendly at all and almost came off rude. If you are going to have an event such as a race happening perhaps you could have had gold carts or at least assistance from staff with our bags.

This truly a five star hotel. It had a private movie theater that you can reserve for your family. The view was fantastic and the staff were very courteous and friendly. The gym was superb too.

We stayed here for my son's 13th birthday weekend. It was super convenient since we were going to Medieval Times and also a Toronto FC Soccer game. Everything was walkable for us. The pool was great - rooftop view was perfect. The kids loved the fact the pool was heated. We had to book our pool swim times, so if you're more into winging your plans - maybe you'd find that a bit of a pain to work around. Staff was great. Our room was great - we had a view of the CN Tower and BMO Field. Would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Hotel check-in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and we were offered a room upgrade. We took advantage of the basketball court, arcade and table tennis offered on-site at no extra charge. A bonus with youth children. Walking distance to BMO field if you are interested in attending a soccer match.

Hotel is beautiful and also extremely clean. The only issue I had was with the food . We picked up food for our grandchildren at on of the restaurants and the quality was poor. A hot sandwich was placed on top of a salad, therefore, salad wilted and warm . Pool is amazing.

I did not like the attitude of some of the staff. We did not like the dining options for kids so we had uber eats deliver something for them. The attitude/looks we received from the staff were alarming. We paid alot to stay at your hotel and our money is no different then others. Stop looking down on people that may not like your idea of dinner. Snobbish attitude!

Our first experience, did not feel it was worth the money. Room service was horrible, the pizza looked like a toddler made it, fries thrown on the plate for a whopping $75.00…. The manager was excellent and rectified our issues above and beyond (issue with our first room) however there are better alternatives for that price point.

The hotel lobby and overall aesthetic of the building is beautiful. The hotel room itself I found fairly standard for any regular hotel. I was maybe expecting a bit more to match the design of the overall property and maybe I would have gotten a different room if I booked directly through their site vs Hotels.com . All the “instructions” and info were on the TV, but the remote being not the most responsive made navigating anything a bit challenging. The wi-fi didn’t prompt for any login or password, so I wasn’t too confident about the security of that network. My room also had the pipes rattle and bang in the walls seemingly every time water was used in a neighbouring room. It wasn’t quiet rumbles either but full on jarring bangs. On the second night, likely a large family had checked in and was using the shower, bathroom, etc. non-stop throughout the evening as well as letting the door bang open and closed constantly. In hindsight, I should have mentioned the pipes noise to the staff but as I was only there for two nights, I just brought it up during check out for them to take a look at it. All the staff I interacted with were lovely though. The spa was also nice - the staff there were also wonderful, although I found it to be a bit pricey for non-RMT services. Definitely felt like more of a sales pitch for Guerlain product at the end than just having a nice spa experience.
