Holiday Inn Express & Suites Windsor East - Lakeshore, an IHG Hotel

It was an excellent stay for my family and staffs were really nice.

The property was very clean, friendly staff. The pool was great to keep the kids busy. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Lots of eating options and shopping near by.

We travel multiple times per year with our children and not very often do we have such an amazing experience as we did here! The staff were all excellent and so welcoming! Cleanliness of the entire hotel was superb! Thank you so very much for such a wonderful experience! We will be back in the spring!

we had a great stay. the hotel was very close to several restaurants, grocery shopping, and activities (like the movie theatre). the hotel was clean and quiet. the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. everyone was so kind and helpful. the 2 women that ran the breakfast were beyond amazing. they were so sweet and helpful as a wrangled my toddler and our food. the woman from the back stocking the food had my daughter laughing and smiling our whole meal, as she joked and made funny faces with her. she even got a hug goodbye from my little one and went out of her way to pack a goodie bag of snacks for our drive home. BEYOND amazing service!

Floor and hotel itself was extremely busy - no notice on what to expect at checkin. Where a whole hockey team was staying. Parents were drinking on the main floor and their kids were running and screaming there and right in front of our door. Called the front desk twice. Where the second time the staff cut me off and said they already addressed the situation… not the nicest experience given that when the security left the kids went in for a few minutes, then ran back out again.

Everything about the hotel is great. Only issues were the hockey kids in the halls at 1am and the trains blowing their horns at the crossing which is close. My sleep was very broken

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn express, it was clean, brand new facility. Room was excellent, bed were comfy, the room, bathroom were clean. Pool was great for the kids. There was an assortment of food for the complimentary breakfast. Overall, great stay and would recommend.
