Four Points by Sheraton Windsor Downtown

The room is very nice and clean. The shower is very powerful which we enjoyed the most. The parking lot is tiny and limited. A lot of bars on the street, a bit nosied at night. Not recommended for families with kids. Not sure what the $30 other room charge was, we did not expect any other fees than the $15 HST parking fee.

The entire hotel was super cleanly. I just feel that for the price you pay for a 2 night stay…parking shouldn’t be an additional fee. Especially since there isn’t a continental breakfast included. The $200 deposit upon checking in is a little much as well. $100 should be plenty. That deposit should also be able to be paid by cash, debit oR credit…not just credit card…as some don’t have credit cards. Luckily, they allowed me to use my debit card (but not without informing me that they aren’t really “supposed” to allow that form of payment). Hadn’t they have been nice enough to understand my circumstance…I don’t know what I would have done considering I am from out of town and my kids had their hockey tournament. Otherwise, I was happy & content with everything else. Phenomenal cleanliness, super comfortable beds & pillows. It was an enjoyable stay!!

Very noisy. Our room was facing the Ouellette Avenue and you could hear all the sports cars amd motorcycle passing by which was very anmoying till 2 am sure glad the kids didnt wake up to these noises. Room space was bit tight because we had stoller for baby plus we requeated crib which was shocking to say made from metal so had to cover all around with comforter in order for baby to sleep in. Room is very clean and renovated. Paid for parking. Swimming pool was amazing, warm water and clean.

Not very pleased with my stay. The room was very very tiny. During booking I requested a "beautiful city view" and got a view of a boarder crossing... The rooms are so close together it was extremely loud. All we heard was screaming kids all night long.

Not happy with our room. heat and a/c units running outside our window and just happed to be put on same floor as kids hockey tournament guests. very noisy. walked to dining and crack heads on every corner, felt unsafe will not be staying there again.
