Sandman Hotel Hamilton

I booked the suite with 2 beds and the kitchenette and it was perfect for me and my family of 4. Loved the service and loved the environment they produced. Room was immaculate and I would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, but there were some issues. The hotel itself is decent, but the cleanliness of the room carpet was a big problem. After just a few steps, our feet turned black, which was particularly troubling as we have babies. It made our stay much more difficult than expected. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards, especially for families with young children. Overall, the hotel has potential, but attention to cleanliness is crucial.

The room was comfortable, and clean unfortunately the weather was not the greatest so we spent more time in the room then we would have liked. Very disappointed in the tv stations only 20 channels to choose from , wishing they had smart tv’s so we could watch one of our streaming accounts. The hot tub/pool is extremely small and the smell of chlorine was burning our eyes we had to leave. Not sure if they increased the chemicals as they seemed to have a kids tournament staying aswell. Breakfast not included either for $250 seems quite high

Door latch was broken off, which was a little unsettling with kids staying on the pull-out sofa in the living room area. A/C did not work.

Very quick check in. Nice clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient to have two restaurants attached. Only draw back was the noisy kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the afternoon and evening. But, that’s unpredictable! Maybe ask if there’s a group of kids there when booking your trip!

Check-in staff was very friendly and another member of staff was very helpful to get us another water glass when asked. The pool was great fun for the kids, and Mama appreciated the hot tub! The room was very nice, one of the nicest hotel showers I've ever used. Location was convenient to access, close to amenities. A bit loud from the highway being right there. The only negative thing I noticed was dried toothpaste splatter all over the wall beside the sink, for the rest it looked great. Thanks for a fun stay - the kids say they want to move in lol :)

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful service, the room was nice and clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The pool and the hot tub kids loved it but one thing, people take their time to complain but never for compliments “Keisha “ I am so sorry if I spelled it wrong, you were an Angel late night at the front desk who helped welcome me and my wife and kids in a very sweet manner I was all at ease after a long ride thank you guys .

We had a wonderful staff. The front desk manager was very accommodating and helpful. We will be back and will recommend to family.

We liked the privacy and safety of the property. Reception could have been a little more welcoming in tone. The pool was terrible. We wouldn’t have called it a pool it was so small and the smell of chlorine was terrible - coughing and burning eyes. The suite was almost suffocating with very little ventilation and very dark - quite depressing. We couldn’t open the window as the noise from the traffic was so loud. The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with ample toiletries for our family. Nice little kitchenette. The restaurants nearby were great and we enjoyed Denny’s eat in and room service - very friendly staff.
