Initially dealing with hotel was difficult b/c we kept getting transferred from agent to agent and each time being told an early check in wasn’t possible which almost caused us to cancel our reservation. We were in town for a family wedding at 3 o’clock and after travelling needed to freshen. When we spoke to the last agent she told us we were already booked for early check-in. This caused a lot of anxiety for no reason.

very nice - connected to a Starbucks and a mall with an LCBO close. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the outdoor area near the pool. Great hotel!

Went to visit family and the stay at the Sheraton is always great. Staff are so friendly and welcoming whether coming or going out they always say hello and have a nice day.

check was great, we arrived early, our room was ready and we were able to get check in and get ready to join family. We were on the club floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grandchild enjoyed using the pool. Great location with the Nations food store so close.
