Huge room with full kitchen, computer desk and pull out couch. More than enough space for small family. Nice job

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Customer service was great. Underground parking available for 15 dollars a day but we had an oversized vehicle and they accommodate us with parking. Only things negative worth mentioning to us is the lighting in the rooms were very dim. Not sure if it was low wattage light bulbs but definitely difficult to see. Breakfast was ok, not the worst but not the best. Pool was small but kids had a blast. The kids said the sofa beds were not comfortable 😩. Overall we had a good stay

Very clean and quiet. Liked the room layout and the kitchen also. The only downside was the pool was too cold for our kids to use and it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The building and the room appear beautiful, but the safe member at the front desk did not seem friendly upon arrival or check out. Felt like we were an inconvenience to her. There were some strange marks on the ceiling and the fridge opened an awkward direction. A lot of condensation on the windows which smelled moldy. The pool was very cold and there seemed to be lots of things floating not sure what they were. Definitely not a somewhere I would take my kids back to.

Terrible place to stay .. No usb ports to charge devices in room; unfriendly service ; and parking is 15$.. for a Hilton family hotel v disappointing … will never be back!

Our room was spacious and clean. There were several kid’s hockey teams staying and the guests in the room across the hall were noisy until one AM Saturday night ( not the fault of the hotel). Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and nicely presented.

Second time coming here within a few month and pool heater was broken both times which makes for disappointed kids, also no lake view anywhere in site like it says

The neighborhood is a little uncomfortable with small children. But that’s really no reflection on the hotel itself. The accommodations were perfect for our purpose

The property is located in downtown Hamilton. Newly renovated building. walking distance to lots of places. Breakfast area staffs are super helpful and fiendly. Makes me feel like i am having breakfast at my mom's. The French Toast is really tasty. However, Coffee is very weak. Cleaning staffs are super friendly too. Downside: Front desk staff robotically read the scribe with no smile, basically just give us the key and told the breakfast time. missing lots of information. not mention the pool heater is not working... we have to check the reservation email to make sure our check out time, wifi access. Theres snack bar abd drinks in the fridge. but no where mentioned there's extra charge. we have to call to confirm. There's toiletry bottles are there. but all empty. Only call on demand. Do I suppose to call for extra shampoo and body wash while i am showering? Not only the room toiletry are all empty. Also the public area washrooms hand sopa also empty or no toilet paper. the pool heater was down. but only 1 notice ar the pool entrance. we are all changed to swim. kids even jump into the cold water. Also, room cleaning was also on demand we came back and extra some cleaning. but read the online information again pnly clean on demand. so our second night also have to toiletry replacmemy.

I was looking forward to our stay. The hotel looked beautiful. Room was nice but the experience was horrible. They only had 2 elevators and on the second day, only 1 was working. We stayed on the 12 floor with 2 young children and had to wait for a very long time for the elevator along with the cleaning staff. The pool stunk so bad of chlorine and old cheese and the water looked polluted. Even our kids didn’t want to enter. The breakfast was just ok. Food tasted watered down. They had a dance group that was partying all night. Someone started banging on our door at 4 am that woke up and startled my family. I paid a lot of money to be inconvenienced with no pool and no sleep.
