Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek

Room was extremely small especially with a small toddler. Hardly any space for our luggage and wagon. Seems like they did a quick make over of this place. Did not feel like a Sheraton.

Very nice, clean, good service, comfortable beds but it's to the small size for families 5 people and i up plus one bathroom for five people trying to be ready in time was a bit problem the price is not too bad,my kids had fun in the pool and the Jim , the veo was a dumpster it wasn't very pleasant definitely and that's about it hope I was helpful.

Friendly staff. Room was ready prior to our check-in which also helped with kids. Also accomdated a late check-out. Will definitely use this hotel location again.

What i didnt like is you hear everything through the walls or the people above you. Im not liking hearing screaming children until midnight

An old hotel with exceptional recent renos. My room was large and comfy with good tech (e.g., wall plugs with USB chargers). Great TV. Nice coffee options. Very quiet. Check-in was smooth and staff was lovely. A few glitches too. Upon check-in (rm 409), my door would not open. Key card was working, light showed green, door latch was totally frozen. Called front desk, they were puzzled ... continued to swipe key and jiggle latch, leaned hard on the door ... and finally it opened. Toilet would not fill after flushing ... float was stuck, wiggled that and it filled, but I had to do it several more times! And, the bathroom door will not close at all - it is about 1/8" too big for frame that appears crooked. Not a big deal since I was travelling alone, but not good if you were with a non-family member. This hotel is in an industrial area so be aware of that. No food options (except restaurant which people said was very good), shopping, gas etc nearby. But, about 5km drive there was everything you might need.
