Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington

We always stay here when visiting family in Burlington. Great location and clean rooms. Breakfast was also good. Music being played in the lobby when we arrived was a bit loud and not very professional

This hotel was nice and the room was great; the hotel was clean and the surrounding area was nice (there are shops around, and a mall within a 25 minute walk, and it’s right on the waterfront so you have access to a beautiful board walk and look-out area). However, the first night we were kept awake until 2:00am because the pub attached to the hotel was playing very loud techno music). Then the second night there was a group of young kids that came in partying, smoking weed, screaming, and slamming doors for 2 hours; when we checked out the next morning the staff didn’t ask how our stay was, so we had to bring it up; they mentioned that they got multiple other complaints, so it was disappointing that they didn’t offer a discount, or anything to make up for not sleeping for our 2 nights there. I think if you reserve here on quiet nights (Sunday through Thursday) you’ll probably love it; I wouldn’t recommend staying here on a weekend at all.

We stayed here with our 2 daughters and choose this location as it was close the family. We were looking for somewhere with a pool. We were very disappointed as the pool was freezing cool. This was one of the reasons we booked this location.

We stayed there with two kids for 4 nights and had a great time. The hotel is quiet during our stays except Thursday. The dog was barking at night, I think room across from us left their dog in the room. Some people can be inconsiderate!!The lady with curly hair during breakfast was very nice and helpful. Some stains on the carpet. Other than that we had a great time.

Amazing stay. Main hotel super clean, our room had a stain on the carpet but otherwise very clean and maintained. Breakfast had hot and cold options; cereal, oatmeal, toast and bagels with gf options and also had omelettes and sausages for a hot option with juice, milk and coffee. Beautiful view from the hotel, a spot to bring little ones in the water very close by. Check in and out was very efficient. Staff was prompt to bring us an extra pillow upon request. Fridge and coffee maker worked perfectly. Bathroom was clean and offered nice toiletries. The room was quite large and had a big television. Great view of Lake Ontario. The price was great for what was offered. We travelled with an 18 month toddler and had all accommodations we needed to do comfortably here. Parking is 15$ and if there’s an event nearby, it may not be accessible, but even with Ribfest, we found parking during the day and again in the evening. Hotel is also very close to everything you’d need - walking distance and a big mall, driving distance.

Kudos to the housekeeping lady who provided services the majority of my stay- friendly, caring kind. Of concern- 24/7 coverage at the desk for checkout was not available. I waited for over 30 minutes for the person to be at the desk (530-615 am). no one showed up- hence I left. The noisy and rambunctious large family that took over the entire lobby area- in evening time.

My family and I have been staying at this hotel twice a week for the past two years while my father was ill. We have had the best service from Laura, Anna and Breakfast Attendants. They have treated us like Family. My father passed away at the end of June. We will miss your great service everyone! Thank you so much! Jenn & Laureen

When we checked in the king rooms had been “oversold.” I had paid extra for a king room with a water view because it was our first night away from our baby as a couple. Reception said there were no more king rooms but could not refund me the difference so I paid extra money but received only a standard room. Seems unfair.
