The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection

Valet Parking was efficient staff was welcoming. We had a later check out at 12:00pm. The manager Franchesco kept knocking on our door before check out repeatedly and then escorted us out to the lobby as if we were children doing something wrong. It was very juvenile and it wasn't recieved well. I said we had 12:00 check out and he blamed reception.I said they knew because we called them We are all in and didn't apologize for his behaviour. We are in our 30's looking for a relaxing get away from kids but that left us a very sour taste on our trip. Everything else was superb, especially the cafe and staff otherwise. Reception was lovely and helpful.

the property is over rated.. very expensive for the service provided. The pool is only for Aduots everyday from 10 to 5 pm, so if you have kids they cant swim untill 5 pm.. which is annoying. They dont have parking except Vale, or park it on your own on the street .. Staff is nice and helpful (thats the good thi by about the hotel). Rooms are small and average.

We were there for a family wedding!! Hotel and venue, staff and amenities—-spectacular!! Fabulous experience!!

Booked a stay to celebrate a special milestone and paid extra for a lakeview room. Upon check-in, I double checked with the staff if the one room we paid more for and chose lakeview for was confirmed. They reassured us our room and view. As soon as we entered the room and realized theres a brick wall blocking our view, I called front desk and informed them. They said they will look into it and give us a call back. Waited 2 hours and called back, same response. We travelled with kids, and could not wait any longer to unpack and start using our room. The next morning, when ordered breakfast, I addressed our concerns again and explained our entire purpose of our trip for the view. Only then (few hours before check out) is when they accomadated parking and breakfast charges. As much as we are thankful for that, I was still very disappointed that no one looked into our concerns of giving us the wrong room when it mattered. Expedia and the Hotel both said they will look into it but have yet to be heard from. Aside from that, hotel was clean and location was great for walking to restaurants and waterfront boardwalk (when the weather is tolerable).
