Comfort Inn & Suites Thousand Islands Harbour District

Stayed for a family reunion off site. The woman who checked me 8n on Friday evening and at check out on Monday morning was just so positive…after an 8 hour drive, I really appreciated it. Everyone else including the folks who took care of the breakfast were such a joy to encounter. Many thanks to you all. You made our stay just so incredibly pleasant.

Older building but well kept. Indoor swimming pool was close by and lots of families taking time for a short swim together. Nice breakfast, small eating area with lots of clients. Hotel situated in nice central area of Gananoque.

The gentleman that checked us in took about 30 mins to check myself and my family in. We requested about two weeks prior to give my family and I rooms close to eachother. He said that they were and however they were not. We were in another hallway across. He seemed very condescending and it ruined our taste in that hotel.

Having an indoor pool was great for the kids to hang at on a rainy day. I liked that it was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Harbour. The staff are very friendly

Liked the fact that it was close to Harbour cruises. Having an all inclusive breakfast was convenient for a family. Didn’t like the fact that our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay.

We had a terrific stay in the suite. There was plenty of room for our family of five. We recommend staying here if looking for a hotel.

We are a family traveling to thousand islands for the boat cruise from gananoque. Comfort Inn is rightby the marina and walking distance to restaurants, which is convenient as we are traveling with a young child. the room is clean and comfortable. and there's a pool for the kids. I was surprised by how much hot food there is at the breakfast. it's not the usual cereal and toast; there's a waffle section, and egg and sausage, so we can get some protein before we hit the road again.

The room (114) we got was a very terrible room. The floor carpets were damp and very bad odor/smelly. The AC was working intermittently with a loud noise emitting smelly chill air as well. We had a long drive and checked in late at night around 9pm. The kids were tired and crashed and the hotel was full for any alternative arrangements. I just wanted to leave and pay somewhere else. With 3 kids, it was not going to be easy, so sat up all through the night with the window open. The hotel has two sections, one of which is an extension and newer rooms, my friends were there and they did not experience this. This place is NO GO for me.
