Hampton Inn by Hilton Kingston

Nice rooms, however there was a kids hockey tournament and the place was filled with loud and unruly kids. Parents did not keep them controlled and allowed them to run through the halls late in the night. Should be some sort of a warning prior to staying there

Good hotel! I just wish the pool area had an adult hot tub or pool. Too many kids

I want to give more than 10. As always , I loved staying in Hampton Inn. Love to say & recommend , when you come to visit Kingston no doubt you and your family will be happy in Hampton Inn. Thank you

We stayed two nights at this location. Very clea, staff very friendly very quick check in. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable

Checked in early on a weekend. Hoped to use the hot tub. There was a large family or maybe 2 with all varieties of pool toys, balls, inflatables monopolizing the pool. Kids jumping in and out of the hot tub. When we went to the front desk, the manager sarcastically said, first come, first served. Isn’t everyone a paying guest. When I talked to the manager in the morning to express my disappoint, he didn’t care.

A nice location for a family explore the Thousand Islands.

Staff went above and beyond our whole visit. We checked in at 8:45pm and when we mentioned we hoped to get into the pool, the manager said he would let us swim until 9:15pm instead of closing the pool at 9pm like usual. We forgot a pen for my child’s activity book and the front desk gave us one without any questions asked. Breakfast the next morning had so many options; they even had “grab and go” bags prepared by the front before the breakfast bar opened for guests who needed to leave early. They also had free coffee, tea, and juice in the lobby all day long. The room was clean and well-appointed; the soaps and shampoo smell super nice! The parking lot is huge and has lots of chargers for electric vehicles. We really enjoyed our stay, and have no hesitation about recommending the hotel to everyone!

This property is best to stay when visiting Kingston…easy 10 min drive to downtown…and next to highway very clean rooms, small pool for kids - pool temp was also nice…Tim’s is like next door and then few options for take out across the street. Will return when visiting next. Recommend for families with kids
